Accounting services

Establishing initial accounting system:

  • Designing Chart of accounts;
  • Selecting and setting up software for bookkeeping and accounting tracking;
  • Consulting the Company on declaring and paying license tax for newly established companies;
  • Register the initial accounting system with the local tax authority (if any);
  • Register for the online tax declaration system.

Services as Chief accountant:

  • Reviewing and sending accounting system registration documents to authorities and tax departments (if any);
  • Reviewing and signing all accounting documents, tax declarations, financial statements and audit reports of the Company according to the provisions of law;
  • Reviewing and executing other official documents that need to be filed for banking purposes and as required by other government agencies.

Bookkeeping and preparing financial statements:

  • Advising the company on setting up an accounting system including bookkeeping system, document circulation, and collection of original documents in accordance with the Vietnamese Accounting System;
  • Performing monthly bookkeeping for the Company;
  • Preparing and printing accounting books according to the provisions of law;
  • Reconciling all bank statements, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, receivables, payables with general ledger (GL);
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and submitting these reports to relevant agencies on behalf of the Company;
  • Supporting the explanation of data and content that Tri Thuc Viet has implemented with the Tax authorities and owners.

Reviewing accounting books and financial statements:

  • Consulting in collecting original invoices, documents, and legal documents; Carrying out inspection and review work;
  • Reviewing tax records monthly, quarterly, and annually;
  • Reviewing accounting bookkeeping;
  • Reviewing financial statements;
  • Comparing and contrasting data recorded, declared and submitted to State management agencies with reviewed data, warning of errors, and proposing effective solutions;
  • Consulting in handling and recording complex accounting transactions when requested by the Company;
  • Reporting the work progress of the Company’s Accounting Department and review results to the Board of Directors.
